We represent employees in cases involving unlawful discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour violations, sexual harassment, pregnancy discrimination, and all other types of employment disputes. We represent executives, media talent, and other employees in employment contract negotiations and severance agreements.
We represent physicians, psychologists, therapists, nurses and other health care professionals on employment, contract and licensing matters.
We represent minorities and women who have been discriminated against, mental health patients who have suffered from unconstitutional treatment, and individuals with disabilities seeking access to public accommodations
We represent public and private sector labor unions in organizing, collective bargaining, arbitrations, unfair labor practices, employee benefits, political and legislative campaigns, and in internal organizational matters. The Oregonian newspaper has recognized that “in three decades defending Oregon workers, [we have] represented a micro-economy of employees.” We have the creativity and strategic insight to assist our union clients to build and strengthen their membership.
We represent consumers who have incurred unlawful charges from banks and other companies, suffered from predatory loan practices and been subjected to unlawful robocalls.
